Jenna and Tre chat with Doig River First Nation Chief Trevor Makadahay about the first nation’s growth, the new Urban Reserve being set up in FSJ, a little about Trevor’s past leading up to being chief, Treaty land entitlement, infrastructure improvements and future plans the nation has.
Doig has done a lot in order to make the nation self-sufficient. The nation is one part of the original Fort St. John Beaver Band with Blueberry River First Nation.
